We aim to reply within a few days. We do not offer phone support.
What to contact us about
Corrections
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, tell us the page URL, what is incorrect, and — ideally — a link to an official Blizzard source (news.blizzard.com, the Battle.net Shop, Blizzard support or the official forums). Corrections backed by official sources are applied quickly and noted in the updates log when they matter.
Verifying “TODO: verify” items
Pages highlight details we have not been able to confirm. If you know where Blizzard published one of these details, sending us the link is the most helpful thing you can do.
Guide suggestions
Tell us which guides you want next. Planned after launch are leveling routes, professions, servers, and per-class guides. Requests help us prioritize.
Privacy questions
For questions about cookies, ads or your data, read the privacy policy first; it explains how Google advertising cookies work and how to opt out. If you still have questions, contact us.
Advertising and partnerships
We may accept relevant, clearly labeled advertising. We do not sell links, publish undisclosed paid content, or let sponsors change our guides.
Writing a helpful correction
The most useful correction messages include three things: the exact page and sentence that is wrong, what the correct information is, and where it was officially published. Screenshots are welcome but a link to the original Blizzard post is better, because posts are sometimes edited after publication and we want to cite the current version. If information differs between regions (for example prices in US dollars versus euros), please mention which region you are in so we can label it correctly. Tips about upcoming announcements are also welcome, but we will only publish them once Blizzard confirms them publicly.
What we cannot help with
We are not Blizzard. We cannot help with:
- Account recovery, billing or refunds.
- Bans, suspensions or account security issues.
- Technical problems with the Battle.net app or game servers.
- Beta access requests or Invite-A-Friend codes.
For these, please contact Blizzard Support through Blizzard’s official website. Never share your account password or authenticator codes with anyone, including us — we will never ask for them.

Response priorities
Because the site is run by a small team, we handle messages in this order: factual corrections to launch, price and beta information first; then links to official sources for open “TODO: verify” items; then guide requests and general feedback. Messages about advertising are answered last.
A note on messages
We may quote short parts of correction messages in the updates log without your name unless you ask to be credited. We do not publish your email address, and we do not add you to any mailing list. See about us for how the site works and the terms of use for more.
